The group began in and around 2011 with a small number of people regularly trying to get together during our UEFA cup run, while growing a presence on twitter. In 2015 members went to Portland and we began to grow a little. We began watching games at The Harp in Ocean Beach, San Diego in 2017 staying there until 2021. We would have around 2-6 people show up for any particular game, but in 2020 during covid more people moved to town and we started watching games at Bluefoot bar in North Park in 2021 which was a great home for us and our group grew to regularly getting 18 people at matches. Due to some limitations at Bluefoot, being 21+ only and not serving food, for the 24/25 season onwards we have moved to Bluefoot's sister bar, the newly opened Fairplay at 4026 30th St, San Diego which is just up the street and allows children and pets as well as serving beer, food and coffee for those early morning west coast kick offs.
